CV Screen is recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a fantastic not-for-profit business based in Bath. The role will see you joining a friendly business who are committed to providing exceptional service in their everyday work.

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:

You should be an enthusiastic individual, looking for an exciting challenge in a fast-paced role. The ideal candidate will have experince working within a similar role. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Process invoices, resolve queries, and manage BACS payments.
• Maintain records and reconcile petty cash, bank, and cards.
• Record income, raise sales invoices, and manage credit control.
• Support monthly management accounts with accruals, prepayments, forecasts, and analysis.
• Assist with year-end, audits, Gift Aid, VAT claims, and stock counts.
  
  

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a similar role. 
• AAT Qualification would be desirable - but not a must
• Sage 50 experience is highly desirable
• Fantastic Excel skills

This is an office based role in Bath - Hybrid working could be accomodated for the right candidate.
